Information on Returns and Refunds


Please refer to the following information when returning goods which have been delivered from superceramics.co.uk
Your statutory rights are not affected by this information


Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 48 hours of it being delivered to you.

To arrange for the product to be collected, email brian@superceramics.co.uk

or telephone us on 01535 600777 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We may ask for a photograph of the faulty product. We will collect the product at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund.

All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.


Returning Goods

Should  you require to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition.

There will be a restocking charge of 10% of the goods returned. If you require Super Ceramics to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).

If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Super Ceramics reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.
